Product Description: 

AquaArm Proof IWP-10 is a chloride free liquid based on selected sugar reduced Ligno Sulphonates. AquaArm Proof IWP-10 waterproofs by improving the quality of the Concrete or Mortar. It reduces the water demand for required workability and minimizes segregation and bleeding. It is in liquid form and shows excellent dispersion and is more efficient compared to traditional powder water proofers.

Uses:

AquaArm Proof IWP-10 is an integral waterproofing admixture for concrete and mortar to minimizes permeability and increase the waterproofing properties of concrete and cement sand mortars for critical applications like Roof slabs water tanks etc.

Application: Mortar:

AquaArm Proof IWP-10 is recommended for use in all sand/Cement Mortars where it is required to reduce permeability to a minimum.

Concrete:

AquaArm Proof IWP-10 is recommended for all general mass concrete work where, the risk of porosity and permeability must be minimized.

Instruction for Use:

AquaArm Proof IWP-10 should be mixed with gauging water or can be added to concrete during the process of mixing. The mixing should be continued for at least one to two minutes after the addition of AquaArm Proof IWP-10. The gauging should be properly adjusted taking into account the water reduction brought about due to the presence of AquaArm Proof IWP-10. The exact quantity of AquaArm Proof IWP-10 to be admixed in production of water proof concrete conformed to particular standards is best determined by conducting preliminary site trials.

Dosage:

AquaArm Proof IWP-10 normal recommended dosage is 150- 200Gms per bag of cement

Effect of Over Dosing:

An over dose of Double the intended amount of AquaArm Proof IWP-10 will result in an increase in retardation as compared to that normally obtained at the intended dosage. This effect is found in most of the waterproof admixtures only the degree may vary. Overdose may also cause increased air entrainment, which will tend to reduce strength.

Storage and Shelf Life:

Use immediately once opened. 12 months when stored in cool dry place in dry condition away from direct sunlight in original unopened pack.
