Conbextra EP 10 BD
Description:
Conbextra EP 10 BD is a moisture-insensitive, two-part epoxy resin injection material designed for grouting gaps ranging from 0.25 mm to 9 mm. This all-liquid system consists of a base and a hardener, offering superior performance and durability for concrete repair and construction applications.

Application Instructions

Prepare the surface and seal cracks with a suitable sealing compound, also used for bonding injection nipples.

Space injection nipples 200–500 mm apart depending on crack width and depth.

Pour the entire hardener pack into the base container and mix using a slow-speed power mixer for 60 seconds.

Inject the material using a suitable pressure pump.

After 24 hours, remove nipples and seal holes with additional sealing compound, then allow to cure.

Properties

Typical performance measured at 30°C.

For cracks larger than 10 mm, mix with clean graded quartz sand to achieve the required consistency.

Mixing can be done using a paddle attached to a drilling machine.
Cleaning
Clean all tools and equipment immediately after use with Nitoflor Sol. Absorb spillages with sand or sawdust and dispose of according to local regulations.
Chemical Resistance
Conbextra EP 10 is resistant to oils, grease, fats, most chemicals, mild acids and alkalis, and both fresh and seawater.

Shelf Life: 12 months in unopened containers under normal warehouse conditions
Health & Safety

Contains resins that may cause skin sensitization. Avoid contact with skin, eyes, and inhalation of vapors.

Wear protective clothing, gloves, and eye/face protection. Barrier creams are recommended.

In case of skin contact, remove immediately with a resin-removing cream, then wash with soap and water. Do not use solvents.

In case of eye contact, rinse with plenty of clean water and seek medical attention immediately.
Fire Safety:

Nitoflor Sol is flammable. Use CO₂ or foam to extinguish fires.

Flash point: 33°C. Keep away from ignition sources; no smoking.

Use only in well-ventilated areas with proper protective equipment.
