Design & Installation Guidance
Drilling & Hole Preparation
-
Drill hole to required diameter and depth with a percussion drill.
-
Clean thoroughly using wire brush and compressed air (4× blow, 4× brush, 4× blow).
-
Ensure the hole is dry and dust-free.
Application Procedure
-
Attach static mixer nozzle to the cartridge.
-
Load into a standard 300ml skeleton gun.
-
Dispense until resin color is uniform (discard initial material).
-
Fill hole from the back (approx. ¾ full) to avoid air gaps.
-
Insert fixing rod slowly with twisting motion.
-
Allow full curing before loading.
Note: Do not over-torque bolts; follow recommended torque limits. For reuse, replace static mixer and recap cartridge.
