Installation Procedure
1. Drill
Use a hammer or diamond drill bit to achieve specified diameter and depth.
2. Clean
Thoroughly clean the hole using the brush–blow–brush–blow method.
3. Inject
Dispense adhesive using the correct dispenser and static mixer. Discard the first 3–4 inches of mixed resin.
4. Insert Anchor
Insert rebar or threaded rod slowly while rotating for even resin distribution.
5. Cure
Allow proper curing time based on ambient temperature.
6. Inspect & Load
Once fully cured, the anchor is ready for full design loads.
Tip: Use Hilti PROFIS Engineering Suite for accurate anchoring calculations and design compliance.
