MasterEmaco S 488 is a premium, single-component, shrinkage-compensated structural repair mortar designed for the restoration and protection of reinforced concrete. Engineered with fiber reinforcement and thixotropic properties, it is ideal for vertical and overhead applications without sagging.

Application Guidelines

• Mixing Ratio: 3.5 to 4.0 liters of water per 25 kg bag.

• Layer Thickness: Minimum 6 mm / Maximum 40 mm per layer.

• Fresh Mortar Density: Approx. 2.0 – 2.1 g/cm³.

• Pot Life: 45 to 60 minutes (at 21±2°C).

• Application Temp: +5°C to +35°C.

• Curing: Full cure achieved after 28 days.

Packaging & Storage

• Packaging: Available in 25 kg moisture-resistant paper bags.

• Coverage/Yield: Approx. 13.5 – 14.5 liters of mixed mortar per 25 kg bag.

• Shelf Life: 6 months when stored in original, unopened packaging.

• Storage: Store in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and moisture.
