Product Overview
Matex PRCH is designed for application in thin layers (up to 5mm) to produce a fair-faced appearance on concrete or masonry surfaces. It prepares the surface to receive protective/decorative coatings or can be left exposed.

Application Instructions
1. Surface Preparation

Clean surface to remove dust, unsound material, plaster, oil, grease, paint, or algae.

Roughen the surface (light scabbling or grit-blasting) to remove laitance and expose fine aggregate.

Blow clean with oil-free compressed air.

Priming: No independent primer is required.

Saturation: Thoroughly soak the area with clean water immediately prior to application. Remove residual standing water before starting.
2. Mixing

Ratio: Use 6 to 7 liters of water for every 25 kg bag (adjust for consistency).

Method: Use a slow-speed heavy-duty drill with a paddle.
-
Duration: Mix for approximately 3 minutes until uniform.
3. Application

Apply in layers between 1 mm and 5 mm thickness.

Ensure water does not run onto recently applied material (less than 12 hours old).
4. Cleaning

Clean all tools and equipment with water immediately after use.
Safety & Storage

Storage: Store under warehouse conditions. Extreme temperature or humidity may reduce shelf life.

Disposal: Do not reuse bags. Dispose of according to local regulations.
