MYK Arment ArmGrout Inject EP

Low viscous epoxy resin injection Grouting material ArmGrout Inject EP is a two part epoxy resin system for grouting gaps ranging from 0.3 mm to 10 mm. It is a two part system consisting of a base and hardener

Uses:

This is the most ideal product for repairs and rehabilitation of structures showing hair line cracks. It is used to fill up cracks in roof slabs and other areas to make them structurally sound.

Application Methodology:

Application Instructions:

Prepare the surface and seal the cracks with a sealing compound which can also be used for bonding injection nipples. Depending on the crack width and depth the distance between nipples should be 200 to 500 mm.

Mixing and Placing:

Pour all the contents of the hardener pack into the base container. Mix using a slow speed power mixer for 60 seconds. Use a suitable pressure pump for injecting the material into cracks. The low Viscous Epoxy injection system is to be injected well before the pot life. After 24 hours remove the nipples and seal the holes or voids with more sealing the compound and allow curing

Technical Data:

The results are typical for the cured grout at 30deg.C.Chemical Resistance:-   As per (ASTM 1308 ) ArmGrout Inject EP is resistant to oil, grease, fats, most chemicals, mild acids and alkalis, fresh and sea water.

ArmGrout Inject EP will meets the requirements of the ASTMC 881, Type I,II,IV , Grade-II and class C.E and F.

Consumption:

Approx 1.06 kg of material is required for filling up of 1000cc (depending on the porosity of the substrate)

2 Kg and 4.5 Kg packs

Storage and Shelf Life:

12 Months if sealed pack and stored under cool and dry shaded area.

Health & Safety:

ArmGrout Inject EP should be handled with gloves. When come in contact with skin, eyes or other parts of the body clean with plenty of water and soap and medical advice has to be taken.
