5. GENERAL APPLICATION GUIDE

1. Surface Preparation: Ensure the surface is clean, dry, and free of dust, oil, grease, or loose particles. Repair structural cracks before application.

2. Priming: (Optional/As per specific tech sheet) Apply a primer if the surface is highly porous.

3. First Coat: Apply PC-Sealcoat® 220 evenly using a roller or airless spray.

4. Reinforcement: (If required) Embed a geotextile fabric into the wet first coat for critical areas (corners, joints).

5. Second Coat: Apply the second coat cross-wise to the first coat once the first is dry to touch.
