Sika AnchorFix®-3030 is a premium, two-component, epoxy-based thixotropic chemical anchoring adhesive engineered for superior structural performance in demanding construction environments.

Specifically developed for post-installed rebar and threaded rod connections, it delivers exceptional load-bearing capacity in both cracked and uncracked concrete, even under damp conditions.

System Accessories

For safe and efficient installation, Sika provides:

Mixing Instructions

  1. Remove cartridge cap.

  2. Attach static mixer nozzle.

  3. Insert into standard application gun.

  4. Discard initial material until uniform color appears.

  5. Replace nozzle if resin cures during interruption.

Mix Ratio (A:B): 3:1 by volume


Application Procedure

1. Drilling & Cleaning

  • Drill to required diameter and depth.

  • Clean with oil-free compressed air (minimum 2 times).

  • Brush with steel brush (minimum 2 times).

  • Repeat air and brushing process for optimal adhesion.

2. Injection

  • Inject adhesive from bottom upward using static mixer.

  • Insert threaded rod or rebar with rotary motion within open time.

  • Ensure excess adhesive flows out to confirm full embedment.

3. Curing Time (Based on Temperature)

Do not disturb or load anchors during curing period.


Cleaning

Clean tools immediately using Sika® Colma Cleaner.
Hardened material must be removed mechanically.


Important Notes & Limitations

  • Always perform a bonding test on natural stone to prevent staining.

  • Not suitable for water-filled holes.

  • For hollow block substrates, use Sika AnchorFix®-1.

  • Environmental and structural variables may affect performance. Consult Sika technical services for project-specific guidance.
