Mixing Instructions
-
Remove cartridge cap.
-
Attach static mixer nozzle.
-
Insert into standard application gun.
-
Discard initial material until uniform color appears.
-
Replace nozzle if resin cures during interruption.
Mix Ratio (A:B): 3:1 by volume
Application Procedure
1. Drilling & Cleaning
-
Drill to required diameter and depth.
-
Clean with oil-free compressed air (minimum 2 times).
-
Brush with steel brush (minimum 2 times).
-
Repeat air and brushing process for optimal adhesion.
2. Injection
-
Inject adhesive from bottom upward using static mixer.
-
Insert threaded rod or rebar with rotary motion within open time.
-
Ensure excess adhesive flows out to confirm full embedment.
3. Curing Time (Based on Temperature)

Do not disturb or load anchors during curing period.
Cleaning
Clean tools immediately using Sika® Colma Cleaner.
Hardened material must be removed mechanically.
Important Notes & Limitations

Always perform a bonding test on natural stone to prevent staining.

Not suitable for water-filled holes.

For hollow block substrates, use Sika AnchorFix®-1.
