Application Instructions

1. Substrate Preparation:

   • Concrete, grout, or stone surfaces must be clean, sound, and free from contaminants

   • Concrete tensile strength ≥ 1.0 MPa

   • Steel surfaces must be free from rust, oil, and scale

   • Pre-soak concrete for 2–6 hours for a saturated surface dry condition

2. Mixing:

   • Mix mechanically with water using a low-speed electric drill (≤500 rpm)

   • Add 80–90% of water, then grout powder, and finally the remaining water

   • Mixing time: Minimum 3 minutes

3. Grouting:

   • Pour immediately after mixing into prepared openings

   • Maintain continuous head of pressure for optimal flow

   • Use grout quickly (within 15 minutes) to maximize expansion properties

Additional Recommendations

• Use chilled water in high ambient temperatures and hot water in cold conditions

• Trials recommended when using additional aggregates

• For large gaps, mix coarse aggregates (6 mm down) in a 2:1 grout-to-aggregate ratio
