Sikadur® 32 IN is a solvent-free, two-component epoxy resin bonding agent manufactured by Sika. It is specially designed for structural bonding applications and provides a bond stronger than the tensile strength of concrete itself.

Ideal for bonding new concrete to old concrete, as well as mortar, steel, and iron.

• Compressive Strength:
  ≥15 N/mm² (1 day)
  ≥40 N/mm² (7 days) at +30°C

• Tensile Strength in Flexure:
  ≥30 N/mm² after 10 days (+30°C, EN 196)

• Tensile Strength:
  ≥18 N/mm² after 14 days (+30°C, ISO 527)

• Tensile Adhesion Strength:
  ≥10 N/mm² on dry concrete after 14 days (+30°C, ASTM C882)

• Shrinkage: Hardens without shrinkage

Application Guidelines

• Mixing Ratio: Part A : Part B = 2 : 1 (by weight)

• Pot Life: ~55 minutes at +27°C (100 g mass)

• Open Time: ~55 minutes at +30°C

• Consumption: 0.3 – 0.8 kg/m² (depending on substrate)

Surface Preparation

• Concrete & Mortar:
  Minimum 28 days old, clean, dry, free from oil, grease, dust, and laitance

• Steel:
  Cleaned to Sa 2.5 standard to remove rust and scale

Mixing Instructions

1. Mix Part A and Part B for at least 3 minutes using a slow-speed drill (≤600 rpm)

2. Transfer to a clean container and mix again for 1 minute

3. Ensure a smooth, uniform color before application

Clean-Up

• Clean tools immediately using Sika Colma Cleaner

• Hardened material can only be removed mechanically
