The Application Process

• Surface Preparation: Excellence begins with a clean canvas. Ensure the substrate is sound and free of oils or old coatings. Clean fissures using compressed air.

• Mixing: Blend the two components with the precision of a craftsman. Use a slow-speed electric mixer (max 250 rpm) for three minutes to ensure a homogenous blend without entrapped air.

• Injection: For vertical repairs, inject the resin from the bottom upward, allowing it to displace air and moisture as it rises. Space injection ports at 25cm intervals, sealing the surface with Sikadur 31 to prevent leakage.

• Gravity Feed: For horizontal slabs, saturate the crack in multiple passes until the void is filled.
